Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy (CGLA), located at 1802 Bailey Avenue Chattanooga, TN 37404, will receive sealed bids until 3:00 PM (ET), on Monday, August 21, 2023 for the following construction project: CHATTANOOGA GIRLS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (CGLA) ATHLETIC FACILITY (Bid 24-01) This project consists of:  Construction of a new 21,200 SF building construction for an athletic facility to used for non-educational activities. Work includes an open exercise area, supporting bathroom facilities, a storage area above and below a mezzanine space, as well as necessary site improvements as required. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 1, 2023 at 3:00 PMEST), at 1001 South Hawthorne Street, Chattanooga, TN 37404 Bid/RFP must be received in the CGLA Finance Department prior to the designated time for opening. Bid/RFP received after the designated time of opening will be considered late and shall be considered non-responsive.
