School Transportation School Year 2023-2024

Bus Riders

CGLA uses a contracted bus service that will pick students up from designated locations in Chattanooga and bring them to school Monday through Friday. All bus riders will arrive to school in time to eat breakfast each morning.

Car Riders

All students must be dropped off at the CGLA Cafeteria located on 1815 Union Ave where the students will eat breakfast each morning. If arriving after 7:40am, students must be dropped off at the school building as breakfast ends at 7:35am.

For all parents and guardians retrieving students via a personal vehicle at time of dismissal, please be advised that all students must be picked up from Kirby Ave off of Orchard Knob Ave to exit onto Hawthorne Ave. Due to safety concerns, we ask that you do not pick students up elsewhere, including Bailey Ave., Hawthorne Ave., Faculty/Staff lot located on Bailey Ave., etc.

Walkers

All students walking to school must arrive for breakfast no later than 7:35 am at the CGLA Cafeteria.

At dismissal, students walking home must travel directly to their final destination.
